Use Track Delivery to track your emails

Track Delivery displays reports about email delivery attempts from your account and allows you to trace email delivery routes.

On your cPanel home page,

  • Go to Email and click on Track Delivery.
  • In the search box Recipient Email, enter the email address to be traced and click on Show All or Show Blocked & Failed.

A delivery report table will appear

  • Under the field name Actions, click on the letter i.
    A window with details will open.

The icons below correspond to the different messages delivery status.
